Dutch Member of Parliament, Tunahan Kuzu yesterday refused to shake hands with Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, during the latter’s visit to the country.

Video footage captured the moment Kuzu, who was wearing a Palestinian flag lapel pin, came face-to-face with the prime minister.

Netanyahu is on an official two-day visit to the Netherlands during which he announced plans to improve the water and gas supplies to the Gaza Strip with the help of the Dutch government.

Huge pro-Palestine protests were held in the country ahead of his arrival with protesters holding banners which read “Send him right away to the International Criminal Court”.
