The shooting was caught on camera, causing a controversy in Israel.

Hass claimed that “Alshareef died due to the inability to breathe …after two bullets pierced his lung.”

Israeli soldiers in Hebron shot Alshareef after a stabbing attempt, according to the Israeli soldiers. He fell on the ground and was bleeding when an Israeli soldier shot him in the head with Alshareef obviously posing no threat. The incident was caught on camera, stirring a huge controversy on social media as well as in the Israeli army.

The new Israeli report is an attempt to justify the murder of Alshareef and to say he was already dead when he was shot in the head.
