The Palestinian Ministry of Health has announced this morning that Israeli soldiers at the entrance of Bani Naeem village to the east of Al-Khalil (Hebron) shotand killed a 16-year old Palestinian boy, Issa Tarayra.
Israeli sources claimed that the boy was killed after he attempted to stab Israeli soldiers in the area.
The Palestinian Red Cross said that Israeli forces prevented Palestinian medics from transferring Tarayra to a hospital for treatment, leaving him to bleed to death.

More Israeli forces were deployed around Bani Naeem village, surrounding the area, and shutting down the entrance to the village.
The head of the local council of Bani Naeem village, Mahmoud Almanasra, confirmed the death of Tarayra.
