The summit is expected to mobilize further international backing for the Trump peace plan for Gaza, particularly as difficult issues—including post-war governance, security arrangements, and reconstruction — remain unresolved.
President Trump is scheduled to arrive in Israel on Monday morning to address the Knesset and meet with the families of Israeli prisoners in Gaza.
Later that afternoon, he will fly to Egypt to meet with President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and participate in the official signing ceremony of the ceasefire agreement alongside other guarantor nations of the Gaza plan.
