Kuwait to Host Conference on Israeli Abuse of Palestinian Children

Kuwait will host an international conference to highlight Israeli violations and abuses against Palestinian children, the country’s acting Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, said on Wednesday.

Speaking at the UN General Assembly meeting in New York, Al-Sabah said Palestinians must be helped to establish an independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital.

With regards to Syria, Al-Sabah said those responsible for the death of civilians must be brought to justice.

He stated: “We are following with concern the Syrian crisis and the developments of the situation in light of a difficult humanitarian situation.”
