Hundreds of Palestinians have been killed and wounded as Israel continues to target Palestinian homes, schools, and hospitals in the besieged Gaza Strip.

An Israeli bombing targeted a house in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City, resulting in several injuries.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said on Thursday that “the occupation did not leave an inch untargeted.”

On Thursday morning, Israeli fighter jets targeted the vicinity of Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City with several raids. Hours earlier, Israeli fighter jets had bombed the vicinity of the same hospital, killing three Palestinians and wounding dozens.

Al-Jazeera correspondent said that two women were killed in an Israeli bombing that targeted a house in the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Moreover, an Israeli bombing targeted the gate of Al-Nasr Children’s Hospital in western Gaza.

Several Palestinians were killed and injured in an Israeli bombing that targeted a house in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Later in the morning, a number of dead and wounded arrived at the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital due to the Israeli bombing on Al-Baraka Street in Deir al-Balah, in central Gaza.

Meanwhile, dozens were reportedly killed by Israeli strikes on private homes in Rafah, in southern Gaza.

Six Palestinians were also, killed and several others injured, following an Israeli strike on three homes in Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Targeting Schools

The Gaza government media office said on Thursday that 60 schools in the besieged Strip went out of service.

On Wednesday, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said that about 300,000 children in Gaza are deprived of education due to the war waged by Israel on the Gaza Strip.

Moreover, UNRWA’s commissioner general, Philippe Lazzarini, said that about 50 of the agency’s buildings – including schools – were damaged due to the war.

Targeting Hospitals

According to the Gaza government media office, eight hospitals in the Gaza Strip in the past three days.

“The Israeli aggression has forced 18 hospitals out of service since 7 October,” added the official statement.

“The bombing of hospitals is a war crime according to international humanitarian law, and is criminalized by 16 international agreements and UN resolutions that call for the protection of health facilities,” the statement concluded.

Death Toll

Israel has, thus far, killed over 10,812 – including 4,412 children and 2,918 women – and wounded 26,905. Palestinian Ministry of Health reports and international organizations say that the majority of those killed and wounded are women and children.

Despite a massive Israeli military buildup around the Gaza borders and sporadic infiltrations on the outskirts of the besieged Strip, Palestinian Resistance continues to repel Israeli attacks.

To justify its military failure, the Israeli army continues to pound civilian homes throughout the Gaza Strip with new massacres reported everywhere in the besieged enclave.

Gaza has been under a tight Israeli military siege since 2007, following a democratic election in occupied Palestine, the results of which were rejected by Tel Aviv and Washington.
