Al-Quds Brigades released footage of an anti-tank explosive that destroyed an Israeli military vehicle in Sheikh Radwan, amid ongoing resistance operations against the occupation army in Gaza.

The Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad movement, released footage on Friday showing its fighters detonating an Israeli military vehicle in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, northwest of Gaza City.

In a statement on its Telegram channel, the Brigades confirmed that the vehicle was destroyed by an anti-tank explosive device that had been planted in the area in advance.

The video documented the process of preparing and arming the device, as well as the moment it was placed along the route used by the Israeli forces. When the vehicle passed, the explosive was triggered, producing a massive fireball and thick black smoke, signaling a direct hit.

On September 21, the Israeli army announced the expansion of its ground campaign in Gaza City, under a government-approved plan to gradually occupy the Strip. This plan, launched on August 11, included incursions on several fronts in Gaza.

Since Israel began its ground operation on October 27, 2023, Palestinian resistance groups have released extensive documentation of their actions against Israeli forces.

These operations include ambushes that inflicted casualties, the destruction and disabling of hundreds of military vehicles, and the targeting of Israeli towns and settlements with medium- and long-range rockets.

Ongoing Genocide

Since reneging on the ceasefire on March 18, Israel has continued its bloody aerial bombardment across the Gaza Strip, killing and wounding thousands of Palestinians.

Starting on October 7, 2023, the Israeli military, with American support, launched a genocidal war against the people of Gaza. This campaign has so far resulted in the deaths of more than 66,000 Palestinians, with more than 168,000 wounded. The vast majority of the population has been displaced, and the destruction of infrastructure is unprecedented since World War II. Thousands of people are still missing.

In addition to the military assault, the Israeli blockade has caused a man-made famine, leading to the deaths of hundreds of Palestinians—mostly children—with hundreds of thousands more at risk.

Despite widespread international condemnation, little has been done to hold Israel accountable. The nation is currently under investigation for genocide by the International Court of Justice, while accused war criminals, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, are officially wanted by the International Criminal Court.
