The United States supplied Israel with over 10,000 tons of military equipment since the beginning of the war on Gaza on October 7, Israel’s Defense Ministry said in a statement.

The 200th cargo plane carrying military equipment has arrived in Israel, the country’s Defense Ministry said in a statement.

“The 200th cargo plane carrying military equipment for the IDF (Israeli army) has arrived in Israel,” the statement read, adding:

“Over 10,000 tons of military equipment were delivered since the beginning of the war, including armored vehicles, armaments, personal protective equipment, medical supplies, ammunition, and more.”

According to the statement, the delivery marks the culmination of joint efforts led by the Defense Ministry’s US Procurement Mission, the ministry’s Department of Production and Procurement and the IDF’s planning, technology and logistics divisions.

The Israeli Defense Ministry announced on October 19 that it had received a cargo plane from the US carrying the initial shipment of armored vehicles for the IDF, which would replace those damaged during military activities.

Israel resumed its military offensive on the Gaza Strip on Friday after the end of a seven-day humanitarian pause with the Palestinian Resistance movement Hamas.

Since October 7, 16,250 Palestinians have been killed and more than 43,616 wounded, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.
