Israeli forces raided several West Bank cities at dawn while illegal Israeli Jewish settlers intensified attacks and land seizures, marking a new escalation in violence across the occupied territory.
Israeli occupation forces carried out extensive raids across several cities and towns in the occupied West Bank at dawn on Saturday, Al-Jazeera reported.
During a raid on the old Askar refugee camp in Nablus, local sources reported that soldiers were targeted with a homemade explosive device.
Troops stormed the old Askar camp, east of Nablus, firing stun grenades, and also raided the towns of Ya’bad, west of Jenin, and Burqa, east of Ramallah, where they opened live fire in residential areas.
In the Nur Shams camp, east of Tulkarm, soldiers fired flare bombs over Jabal al-Nasr, while other forces raided citizens’ homes in Ya’bad and the al-Far’a camp, south of Tubas, in the northern occupied West Bank.
Parallel to Israel’s ongoing war of extermination in Gaza, Israeli forces and settlers have intensified their assaults across the West Bank, killing at least 1,062 Palestinians, wounding around 10,000 others, and arresting more than 20,000 people, including 1,600 children.

Settler Attacks
Illegal Israeli Jewish settlers launched fresh attacks on three Palestinian towns in the northern West Bank on Friday, continuing a wave of violence that has persisted since the beginning of the genocidal war on Gaza more than two years ago.
In Hawwara, south of Nablus, settlers assaulted the home of Abdul Hakim Amer Deek in the Ras Zeid area. Residents confronted the attackers, according to the official Palestinian news agency WAFA.
In nearby Beita, settlers pelted Palestinian homes with stones in the Al-Dhahra area, damaging vehicles before being repelled by residents.
In Beit Lid, east of Tulkarm, settlers set fire to a car and a tractor after storming the outskirts of the town. Israeli soldiers intervened to protect the settlers, WAFA reported.

Meanwhile, Israeli authorities seized approximately six dunams of land in the town of Anata, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, to construct a new settlement road.
According to the Palestinian Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, a military order designated T/65/25 authorized the confiscation of 5 dunams and 856 square meters of land to link the Neve Prat settlement to Road 437, expanding infrastructure for settlers.
Over the past two years, settlers have carried out 7,154 attacks against Palestinians and their property across the West Bank, killing 33 Palestinians, displacing 33 Bedouin communities, and establishing 114 illegal outposts, according to the Commission’s data.
