Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar reportedly informed US Secretary of State Marco Rubio during a recent meeting of Israel’s intention to annex the occupied West Bank in the coming months.

Meanwhile, the world’s leading organization of scholars studying genocide has passed a resolution declaring that Israel’s “policies and actions in Gaza meet the legal definition” of genocide.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has killed 63,633 and injured 160,914 others, the majority of whom are women and children, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.
