Iran announced fresh strikes targeting US military facilities in Jordan and Kuwait and Amazon infrastructure in Bahrain amid escalating regional hostilities.

Key Developments

  • The IRGC announced a missile strike on a US military complex in Jordan’s Al-Rukban area.
  • Iran’s Army said it targeted US HIMARS missile systems in Kuwait.
  • The IRGC said cruise missiles destroyed Amazon’s central data infrastructure in Bahrain.

Iran announced a new wave of military operations on Tuesday, saying its forces struck US military installations in Jordan and Kuwait while also targeting Amazon’s central data infrastructure in Bahrain as part of its ongoing response to US attacks on Iranian territory.

The operations were announced hours after the United States launched another round of strikes against targets across southern Iran.

US Military Complex in Jordan

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that its Aerospace Force launched a missile strike against a US military complex in the Al-Rukban area of northeastern Jordan.

In Statement No. 40, the IRGC said the attack destroyed a missile-defense radar system and an F-15 fighter aircraft and killed several US soldiers stationed at the base.

The statement said the operation formed part of Iran’s continuing response to what it described as American aggression, warning that US forces should leave the region to avoid further losses.

The IRGC also criticized US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth for describing the reported casualties as “heroes,” saying the publicly announced death toll was far lower than the actual number.

It added that “the dictionaries of all nations do not describe cowardly soldiers who use advanced weapons to kill innocent children as heroes.”

HIMARS Systems Targeted

In a separate statement, the Iranian Army announced that its Ground Force targeted US High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) in Kuwait using surface-to-surface missiles during the 18th phase of Operation Saegheh.

According to the statement, the strike was intended to reduce US offensive and defensive capabilities and limit Washington’s ability to launch further missile attacks against Iran.

Earlier, air raid sirens sounded across Kuwait as the Kuwaiti Armed Forces announced that air-defense units were responding to Iranian missile and drone attacks.

Amazon Infrastructure Hit

The IRGC also announced that several cruise missiles struck and destroyed Amazon’s central data infrastructure in Bahrain.

According to the statement, the operation came in direct response to recent US attacks on civilian infrastructure in the Iranian city of Darkhovin.

The Guards concluded by saying that “war criminals will soon be held accountable by the free people of the world.”

Regional Confrontation Continues

The latest operations follow a series of Iranian strikes announced over recent days against US military facilities and strategic assets across the region.

Earlier, the IRGC announced the destruction of US radar and air-defense systems in Bahrain and Kuwait, while also reporting large fires aboard two oil tankers south of the Strait of Hormuz.

The attacks come as the United States continues military operations targeting ports, coastal infrastructure, surveillance facilities and other strategic sites across southern Iran, prompting an expanding Iranian military response against US forces and interests throughout the region.
