Hezbollah releases footage of strikes deep inside Israel as operations intensify following deadly Israeli airstrikes across Lebanon.
Key Developments
- Hezbollah publishes footage of strikes on Haifa and Unit 8200 base near Tel Aviv.
- Long-range missile attack targets Israeli naval base in Ashdod.
- Dozens of coordinated operations hit settlements, bases, and troop positions.
Footage Shows Strikes on Strategic Israeli Sites
The Lebanese resistance movement Hezbollah released footage on Friday, showing what it said were direct strikes on key Israeli military installations, including the Stella Maris base in occupied Haifa.
The footage also documented the targeting of the Glilot base, which houses Unit 8200 of the Israeli army north of Tel Aviv, using what the group described as advanced “qualitative missiles.”
Hezbollah stated that the operation involved dual missile platforms, signaling a coordinated and technologically advanced strike capability.
The publication of these scenes places emphasis on the group’s ability to hit high-value military and intelligence targets deep inside Israeli-held territory.

120 Kilometers from Border
Among the most significant operations on Friday, Hezbollah announced a strike on an Israeli naval base in the port of Ashdod using tactical missiles.
The target lies nearly 120 kilometers from the Lebanese border, reflecting an expanded operational reach. Israeli media reported missile launches toward the Ashdod coastal area, alongside sirens and disruptions in central regions.
Hezbollah said the operation was part of a broader response to Israeli attacks on Lebanon, particularly in light of mass casualties and widespread destruction of civilian areas.
The group reported that the escalation follows an intensive day of operations on Thursday, during which it carried out 75 attacks, including direct confrontations with Israeli forces along the Bint Jbeil axis.
Operations continued into Friday with coordinated strikes on troop concentrations and military sites, including al-Marj, Biranit barracks, and the Khiam detention center using drones and rocket salvos.
Additional engagements included targeting a Merkava tank and multiple troop positions in areas such as Rshaf, Wata al-Khiam, and Khirbet Yaroun, indicating sustained pressure along frontline positions.
Settlements and Military Infrastructure Under Fire
Hezbollah carried out repeated strikes on settlements and military sites across northern occupied Palestine, including Metula, Kiryat Shmona, Misgav Am, Margaliot, and Doviv.
Several locations were targeted multiple times throughout the day using coordinated rocket barrages and drone swarms. Military sites such as Yaara barracks, Ghajar, and Kiryat Shmona barracks were also hit.
The pattern of repeated strikes suggests an effort to maintain continuous pressure on Israeli defensive systems across multiple sectors.

Additionally, ground clashes were reported across southern Lebanon, including in Bint Jbeil, Ainata, Mays al-Jabal, and Maroun al-Ras, where Hezbollah fighters engaged Israeli forces in direct confrontations.
Israeli media reported a powerful explosion in central areas and disruptions to takeoff and landing operations at Ben Gurion Airport following missile launches from Lebanon.
Israeli Airstrikes Trigger Escalation
The escalation follows a wave of Israeli airstrikes on Wednesday, during which more than 100 raids targeted areas across Lebanon, including densely populated neighborhoods in Beirut.
According to Human Rights Watch, the attacks killed over 300 people and wounded more than 1,150, marking one of the deadliest days since March 2.
Lebanese authorities also reported damage to critical infrastructure, including the al-Qasmiyeh bridge near Tyre.
