An Israeli drone strike in the village of Ain Qana, South Lebanon, targeted a motorcycle, killing its driver.

A Lebanese national was killed this morning, Wednesday, after an Israeli drone strike targeted a motorcycle in the town of Ain Qana in South Lebanon, marking the latest violation of the ceasefire agreement.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health and the official National News Agency (NNA) confirmed that the driver of the motorcycle was killed in the strike, which was carried out by an Israeli drone using a guided missile on the old Al-Jabbana road in the Iqlim al-Tuffah area.

The incident is part of continued Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement reached with Hezbollah in November 2024.

Israel also continues to occupy five Lebanese hills seized during the 2024 war.

In the context of these ongoing Israeli violations, the Lebanese Army recently dismantled an Israeli surveillance and espionage device planted in the heights of Jabal Sadaneh, between the towns of Shebaa and Kfarshouba.

Furthermore, Israeli warplanes launched a series of raids on the Al-Jarmaq and Al-Mahmoudiya areas last Monday, and Israeli forces fired a shell toward the outskirts of Kfarshouba.
