Israeli occupation forces stormed the cities of Jenin and Nablus on Wednesday, while also raiding a medical center in Bethlehem.

Jenin

Several Palestinians were detained on Wednesday following an Israeli military raid in the city of Jenin and its adjacent refugee camp, the official Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.

According to WAFA, Israeli occupation forces detained Mahmoud Al-Bitawi from the Jenin camp, and Thaer Hussein Asous and Mustafa Muhannad Mar’i from the village of Al Shohdaa (Mothalth Ash Shuhada) after raiding and ransacking their homes.

Israel’s storming of the city of Jenin and its camp, which lasted for about 11 hours, left widespread destruction in the main and secondary streets, and in the city’s neighborhoods, especially the Al-Bayader neighborhood and parts of the camp.

It also reportedly caused damage to citizens’ property, including vehicles, motorcycles, stalls, and the vegetable market.

The Israeli occupation army has stormed the city of Jenin and its camp 31 times since October 7, leaving scores of dead and wounded, along with massive destruction to the infrastructure.

Nablus

At least five Palestinians were wounded and a sixth was detained on Wednesday, following an Israeli military raid into the city of Nablus, WAFA reported.

Red Crescent ambulance crews told WAFA that five people, including a child and an elderly woman, were injured by Israeli occupation live bullets. The wounded were moved to the hospital for treatment.

Israeli special forces reportedly stormed the Al-Haddadin Market inside the Old City, surrounded a house, while Israeli occupation forces detained local resident Nasr Mabrouka.

Large numbers of military jeeps and vehicles stormed the city from several directions, cordoned off all entrances leading to the Old City.

A number of snipers took over the rooftops of multiple houses.

According to WAFA, Israeli soldiers are still present in several areas in Nablus.

Bethlehem

Israeli occupation forces raided a medical clinic in the village of Al-Rashaida, located to the east of Bethlehem, destroying its contents, WAFA reported.

The head of the Rashayda Village Council, Jumaa Rashayda, told WAFA that an Israeli army force raided the medical clinic in the center of the village, composed of four rooms, smashed the main door, and inflicted damages to medicines and medical tools.

Rashayda pointed out that the clinic provides medical services to about 4,500 Palestinians distributed throughout the village and the two Bedouin communities of Al-Rawa’i and Al-Walida.
