The humanitarian and security situation in the Gaza Strip remains dire, with the Government Media Office in Gaza reporting 738 Israeli violations since a ceasefire agreement took effect 60 days ago.
The Gaza Government Media Office stated that the Israeli occupation forces committed 738 breaches of the ceasefire agreement over a 60-day period, indicating that the level of humanitarian commitment to the agreement does not exceed 38%.
Israeli occupation forces continued their aerial and artillery bombardment and fired weapons in areas stretching from northern Rafah, through southern Khan Yunis, and up to areas adjacent to the Morag axis, Palestinian media reported.
Shelling sometimes occurs in areas under Israeli control, or the so-called Yellow Line area, where Israeli occupation forces breach the line, place concrete barriers, and expand their control.
Artillery shelling and fire from Israeli drones were also confirmed in the Al-Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
A source at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital reported that a Palestinian succumbed to wounds sustained in a raid on a home in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza Strip, with others also injured in the strike.

Casualties and Displacement
Further reports of casualties included an ambulance and emergency source announcing the death of a woman shot by Israeli forces in the Halawa camp, outside their areas of deployment in northern Gaza City.
Additionally, according to a source in Gaza hospitals, six displaced individuals were injured by drone fire targeting their tent in the Al-Shujaiya neighborhood, outside the deployment zones of the occupation army.
Exhumation and Reburial Efforts
The Civil Defense in Gaza City transferred the bodies of deceased individuals from the graves at Al-Shifa Hospital to official cemeteries for burial after identification was complete.
Mahmoud Bassal, the spokesperson for the Civil Defense agency, explained that the operation is part of ongoing efforts to recover bodies from makeshift graves. He indicated that bodies that remain unidentified will be interred in a designated cemetery in the central Gaza Strip city of Deir Al-Balah.

Humanitarian Conditions Wretched
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) affirmed that humanitarian conditions in Gaza remain wretched and that the needs far exceed the humanitarian community’s capacity to respond, given persistent obstacles faced by the UN.
These obstacles, according to the UN, include insecurity, difficulties with customs clearance, delays and refusal of goods at crossings and limited routes available for transporting humanitarian supplies within Gaza
OCHA warned that restrictions on access and movement within Gaza remain a severe problem. The office noted that between October 13 and December 4, Israeli occupation authorities prevented 295 contractors, 28 UN staff, and 21 healthcare workers from participating in UN missions inside Gaza.

Families “Wiped Out”
Hisham Zaqout, Al Jazeera’s correspondent in the Gaza Strip, reported on official data revealing the devastating human toll of the genocide. Official records show that Israeli occupation forces have erased over 2,700 Gazan families from the Palestinian civil registry during the war, indicating these families were “wiped out entirely.”
The Government Media Office’s statistics indicate that an additional 6,020 families were nearly annihilated, with only one surviving member left to bear sole witness to their tragedy.
The fate of approximately 2,300 bodies remains unknown following the desecration of graves by Israeli forces.
A total of 9,500 missing people in Gaza are still unaccounted for, either trapped under rubble or detained with unknown status, leaving thousands of Palestinian families in a cycle of agonizing anticipation.
