Israeli occupation forces killed a Palestinian youth in Hebron, detained at least 130 Palestinians, demolished 70 structures near Jerusalem, and backed settler attacks across the occupied West Bank.
A Palestinian youth succumbed to critical wounds on Tuesday evening after being shot by Israeli forces during a military raid on the town of Ad-Dhahiriya, south of Hebron (Al-Khalil), amid a sharp escalation of Israeli operations across the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health identified the victim as Mohammad Rajeh Nasrallah, 20. He was shot with live ammunition during the raid and transported to Dura Hospital with a critical gunshot wound to the abdomen, where he was later pronounced dead due to the severity of his injuries.
During the same raid, another young man was shot with live ammunition and sustained moderate injuries. Eyewitnesses said Israeli forces stormed the town center, firing live rounds and tear gas extensively, causing multiple injuries and cases of suffocation.
Elsewhere in Hebron governorate, Israeli settlers carried out violent attacks in Masafer Yatta, injuring Palestinians, burning tents and animal feed, stealing livestock, and attacking emergency medical crews with stones as they attempted to reach the wounded. Local sources said settlers uprooted approximately 300 olive trees during the attacks, which took place under the protection of Israeli forces who detained residents and restricted movement.

Injuries, Detentions, and Raids
In Tulkarm, Israeli forces shot and wounded two siblings, Khader Muhammad Shahada and Sadeel Shahada, as they exited their home in the city’s northern neighborhood. Khader Shahada was shot in the thigh and detained by Israeli forces, who prevented medical crews from reaching him and transferred him to an unknown location. His 19-year-old sister was also wounded and taken to Martyr Thabet Governmental Hospital after Israeli forces initially blocked access to the scene.
The escalation comes as Israeli forces continue their military assault on Tulkarm and its refugee camps for the 367th consecutive day.
Israeli forces also raided Qabatiya, south of Jenin, at dawn, storming and searching a home, deploying troops across residential areas, and firing stun grenades while surveillance drones flew overhead. No arrests were reported.
Israeli occupation forces also carried out raids in Madama, south of Nablus, as well as Burin, Immatin east of Qalqilya, and Aqaba north of Tubas, storming homes, vandalizing property, and conducting mass field interrogations.

Mass Arrest Campaign
From Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning, Israeli forces detained at least 130 Palestinians across the occupied West Bank, including two women, a child, and former prisoners, according to the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society.
The group said most detainees were subjected to field interrogations, a practice that has become the dominant Israeli arrest policy across all West Bank governorates. Families were forced out of their homes, subjected to intimidation, and had their property deliberately vandalized, often during harsh weather conditions.
Since the start of Israel’s war on Gaza, the number of Palestinians detained in the West Bank has exceeded 21,000, reflecting what rights groups describe as a policy of collective punishment.
Israeli settler terrorist groups escalated their attacks today, Tuesday, in areas of the city of Hebron in the southern West Bank, where they uprooted around 500 trees in the hamlet of “Wadi al-Rakhim,” which belongs to the town of Yatta, south of the governorate.

Demolitions and Siege
Israeli forces continued a wide-scale military operation in Kafr Aqab, north of occupied Jerusalem, demolishing 70 structures over two days, according to the Jerusalem Governorate.
Demolitions were concentrated along Airport Road, where Israeli forces also targeted journalists and residents with stun grenades and tear gas. Snipers were deployed throughout the town during the operation.
More than 150,000 Palestinians, most of whom hold Jerusalem residency IDs, live in Kafr Aqab, which has increasingly been isolated through Israeli military control.
At the same time, Israeli forces imposed a tight siege on the town of Hizma, northeast of Jerusalem, sealing all entrances for a second consecutive day. The town’s mayor, Nawfan Salah al-Din, said Israeli forces raided dozens of homes, converted some into military outposts, searched residents’ mobile phones, vandalized property, and recorded thefts of cash from several homes.
Schools in Hizma announced closures on Thursday to protect students amid ongoing military presence and escalating tensions.

Settler Violence
In Turmus Ayya, north of Ramallah, Israeli settlers uprooted 200 olive trees, causing significant agricultural damage. Documented data shows that settler attacks over the past year killed 14 Palestinians and resulted in 892 assaults, including the destruction, poisoning, or uprooting of more than 35,000 trees, most of them olive trees.
Ramallah, Nablus, Hebron, Bethlehem, and Salfit were the most affected governorates.
Since the start of Israel’s genocide on Gaza on October 7, 2023, Israeli forces and settlers have sharply escalated violence across the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, through killings, mass arrests, home demolitions, forced displacement, and settlement expansion.
According to official figures, at least 1,109 Palestinians have been killed, more than 11,500 injured, and over 21,000 detained during this period.
