Meanwhile, Al-Saraya Field Hospital said six people were wounded when Israeli forces targeted Al-Jalaa Street in Gaza City at dawn.
Earlier in the day, Al-Jazeera reported that Israeli forces concentrated their bombing on the northwestern axis of Gaza City, particularly the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, where homes and facilities were heavily targeted. Another airstrike hit the port area west of the city.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza also reported a worsening humanitarian catastrophe. On Thursday, it announced that the number of Palestinians who have died from malnutrition has reached 435, including 147 children. Four of these deaths, including one child, occurred within the past 24 hours. According to the ministry, 157 people have died of hunger since the United Nations formally declared a state of famine in the Gaza Strip.
The ministry added that hospital corridors across Gaza are overwhelmed with patients, many of whom cannot be provided with beds or adequate treatment.
On the ground, Israeli forces continued their demolition campaign in Gaza City. Using explosive-laden vehicles and robots, the army destroyed multiple residential buildings in the northwest of the city. Al-Jazeera confirmed that two booby-trapped armored vehicles carrying tons of explosives were detonated this morning south of Tel al-Hawa.

Separately, the Palestinian Telecommunications Company announced the partial restoration of fixed internet and landline services in northern Gaza despite ongoing military operations. Communications had been cut two days earlier due to Israeli attacks.
Since October 2023, Israel has completely cut off internet and telecommunications in Gaza more than a dozen times, in what rights groups say is a deliberate policy to isolate the enclave, block information flow, and hinder humanitarian response efforts.
According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, Israel’s war on Gaza has killed 65,141 Palestinians and wounded 165,925 others, the majority of them women and children. Hundreds of thousands have been displaced, while famine has taken hundreds more lives.
