Hamad said that the total number of violations had exceeded 813 since the agreement came into effect on October 10, averaging approximately 25 violations per day.

Hamas leader Ghazi Hamad has warned that Israel’s repeated violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip could lead to its complete collapse, despite the clarity of its terms and the oversight of international mediators.

In remarks to the media on Tuesday, Hamad stressed that the agreement was signed on October 9, 2025, in the presence of mediators from Egypt, Qatar, Turkey, and the United States, under the direct supervision of the US administration.

He noted that 66 days have passed since the agreement came into effect, emphasizing that its provisions are clear, detailed, and unambiguous. However, he asserted that the Israeli occupation has manipulated and systematically violated its terms, failing to fulfill any of its obligations, Al-Jazeera Arabic reported.

‘Deliberate, Premeditated Violations’

Hamad affirmed that Hamas has fully adhered to the agreement since day one and has not committed any violations, as confirmed by the mediators who monitored the developments on the ground daily.

In contrast, he stated that the occupation had committed “deliberate and premeditated” violations through governmental and military decisions.

These violations included killings, executions, shootings of civilians, bombings, and assassinations within the Gaza Strip, in addition to violations related to humanitarian aid and border crossings.

Around 25 Violations Per Day

Hamad said that the total number of violations had exceeded 813 since the agreement came into effect, averaging approximately 25 violations per day. This, he said, was a “serious matter” reflecting a premeditated intention to undermine the agreement and render it meaningless.

The Hamas leader added that the movement had submitted detailed daily reports on these violations to the mediators and the joint operations room responsible for monitoring the agreement. However, the Israeli occupation ignored the evidence, continued its escalation, and openly declared its intention to continue assassinations and arrests.

He pointed out that the agreement stipulated the formation of a committee to address any violations through the mediators and prevent unilateral actions. However, the occupation has not adhered to this since the ceasefire was implemented and has continued its actions unilaterally, which he considered a deliberate attempt to sabotage the agreement.

Hundreds Killed Since Ceasefire

Presenting the casualty figures, Hamad said that approximately 400 Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire began, 95 percent of whom were civilians, including children, women, and entire families. He confirmed that lists of their names and ages had been submitted to substantiate this.

He explained that children constituted 36 percent of those killed, 15 percent were women, four percent were elderly, while civilian men comprised 37 percent. He pointed out that targeting them represents a direct violation of the agreement.

Hamad emphasized that Israel has no right, during the ceasefire agreement, to target any resistance fighters, the Al-Jazeera Arabic report stated. He asserted that the occupation has not provided a single piece of evidence for its repeated pretexts, and that its justifications are not based on any proven facts, as attested to by the mediators.

‘Yellow Line’

Regarding the so-called “Yellow Line”, Hamad said that the occupation forces had crossed it by hundreds of meters, and sometimes two kilometers, through incursions and the imposition of what they termed “fire control,” resulting in the deaths of civilians in various areas of the Strip.

He indicated that the distances of this fire control extended from 700 to 1300 meters in areas of northern Gaza, Gaza City, the central Gaza Strip, Khan Younis, and Rafah, confirming that detailed maps of these violations had been sent to the mediators.

Israeli Airstrikes, Artillery Hit Gaza as Ceasefire Breaches Continue

Addressing the demolition of homes, the Hamas leader stated that the occupation army had destroyed approximately 145 houses since the start of the agreement, as part of a policy aimed at turning the border areas into empty lands and preventing the return of residents in the future.

He highlighted that the violations included 392 bombing and targeting operations, 46 incursions by military vehicles beyond the agreed-upon line, and 229 shooting incidents, in addition to repeated arrests.

Crossings Shut, Aid Blocked

Hamad highlighted the continued closure of the Rafah crossing, the prevention of travel for the wounded and sick, and the lack of entry of heavy equipment and reconstruction materials, despite the explicit provisions for this in the agreement.

He said that the restrictions also affected the entry of fuel and cooking gas, causing severe crises that impacted the operation of hospitals, municipalities, and essential services.

Hamad also pointed to a violation related to concealing information about missing persons, including those killed and prisoners. He said Israel has not provided any data on the fate of a large number of them, which constitutes a grave breach of the agreement.

Call to Mediators

The Hamas official called on mediators to take immediate action to deter Israel and prevent the agreement’s collapse.

Israel continues to violate the US-brokered ceasefire in the Gaza Strip that took effect on October 10, killing a total of 393 Palestinians since then and injuring over 1,000 more, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry.

The total death toll since Israel launched a genocidal military assault on the enclave in October 2023, has risen to 70,667 with 171,151 injured.

anyone who still believes the Israeli Jewish Nazis want peace has an IQ in the double digits. Although, i commend the freedom fighters for not losing hope, and they benefit from saving face while the JewZis ( pronounced Joot-Seez ) pretend they care what the world thinks about Israel or the Jews in general.
