Israeli occupation forces shoot WHO staff in Gaza, suspend medical transfers, while arrests and settler attacks intensify across the West Bank.
Key Developments
- Israeli occupation forces open fire on WHO vehicle, injuring staff and halting Rafah medical transfers.
- Ceasefire violations continue in Gaza with rising death toll and ongoing bombardment.
- Mass arrests and settler attacks escalate across multiple West Bank areas.
WHO Staff Targeted in Gaza
Two people working with the World Health Organization were injured on Monday after Israeli occupation forces opened fire on a vehicle carrying them north of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Local sources confirmed that the shooting targeted a vehicle traveling on Salah al-Din Street near the town of al-Qarara, north of Khan Yunis, resulting in injuries to employees of the organization. This coincided with an Israeli tank blocking the main road in the area outside the so-called yellow line.
Three people were also taken to the hospital following the occupation forces’ opening fire on a commercial bus in the same location.
Following the attack, the World Health Organization decided to suspend the travel of Gaza patients and wounded through the Rafah crossing today, after the occupation army fired on a vehicle belonging to the organization on Salah al-Din Road in the southern Gaza Strip.
This comes as the occupation forces have recently escalated the pace of bombing and targeting in the Gaza Strip, where the occupation army violates the ceasefire agreement in effect since last October on a daily basis, resulting in the martyrdom of 713 Palestinians and the injury of 1943 others, according to the Ministry of Health.
The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Sunday that the death toll from the Israeli war of extermination had risen to 72,292, following the death of one Palestinian and the recovery of the bodies of three others during the past 24 hours.
The ministry reported that the death toll from Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement has reached 716 dead and 1,968 wounded.

Mass Arrest Raids across West Bank
On Monday, Israeli occupation forces continued their raids and arrests in various areas of the occupied West Bank, detaining more than 15 citizens, including released prisoners and children. The arrests were concentrated in the governorates of Qalqilya, Ramallah and Hebron (Al-Khalil).
In the Qalqilya Governorate, the occupation forces launched a wide campaign that affected several neighborhoods, and arrested a number of released prisoners, including Aboud Al-Hajj Hassan, Amjad Zaid, Iyad Nawfal, and Salim Saadeh Daoud, in addition to arresting citizen Ghassan Jibril, the father of the martyr Jibril Jibril, and also arrested the father of prisoner Uday Nasoura during the storming of the city.
In the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, the occupation forces detained the two young men, Yazeed Abu Diya and Muhammad Abu Suneina, while they were passing through the Ain Sinya checkpoint, in addition to detaining the young man, Mu’min Afana, after raiding his house in the Al-Masyoun neighborhood, and arrested the young man, Muhammad Faraj Zibar, from the town of Kobar, north of Ramallah.
In the Hebron Governorate, the occupation forces arrested three children: Yahya Masoud Al-Joulani (12 years old), Abdul Rahman Al-Joulani (13 years old) from the Al-Hara’iq area, along with the child Bilal Jaradat (15 years old) from the town of Sa’ir.
In the Tulkarm Governorate, the occupation forces arrested the young man Ahmed Al-Jazaeri after storming the town of Deir Al-Ghusun, north of the city.
Israeli occupation forces also arrested citizen Adham Basem Saif from the town of Burqa, northwest of Nablus.
The Prisoners’ Media Office confirmed that the continued arrest campaigns targeting released prisoners and the families of martyrs, in addition to children, reflect a dangerous escalation in the occupation’s policies, and an attempt to put pressure on the supportive environment by targeting various groups, including the most vulnerable groups.
Settler Attacks Escalate
The villages of Qusra and Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya, south of Nablus, witnessed widespread attacks by illegal Israeli Jewish settlers in the early hours of Monday morning, which included the burning of vehicles and houses.
Local sources reported that a group of settlers attacked the town of Qusra, south of Nablus, and burned residents’ vehicles. This coincided with the occupation forces launching flares into the sky over the town and providing protection for the illegal settlers.
In the village of Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya, south of Nablus, illegal Israeli Jewish settlers attacked the homes of Palestinian Bedouins in the northern valley area.
Local sources reported that settlers began burning Bedouin homes in the area, amid calls for ambulances to be sent.

I wonder where the IDF gets its drugs. Clearly they’re all in a trance, or a daze. How many consecutive days have they been awake? Look at the way they act, and respond to things. They’re always on edge.
Clearly they’re on drugs.
I hope they all overdose.
