ISRAELI MEDIA: Israel’s Channel 12 reported that Israeli soldiers fighting in ZAYtoun face strong resistance from Hamas fighters. The report stated that Hamas’ battalion there has not been defeated, maintains its tunnels, and its fighters were well-prepared.

UK GOVERNMENT: The British government announced that Israel’s decision to escalate its Gaza operations was a mistake, adding that no Israeli government delegation will be invited to the upcoming defense exhibition.

POLITICO: Politico reported that the British government barred Israeli officials from attending a major defense conference in London.

ANSARALLAH:

Ansarallah’s political office condemned the Israeli airstrikes on Sanaa, calling them a blatant violation of international law.

The group said the enemy is once again trying to claim an illusory victory to boost the morale of occupiers. It added that Israel’s failure in intelligence and military operations was once again exposed, while Yemeni operations continue to have an impact.

Ansarallah affirmed that Yemen’s position in supporting the Palestinian people and Gaza will not change or be weakened by escalation, stressing that events prove Israel seeks killing and expansion, and that the Arab and Islamic nation must confront its projects.

PALESTINE CHRONICLE: Sweden and the Netherlands jointly called on the European Union on Thursday to suspend trade with Israel over the “extremely disturbing and intolerable” humanitarian situation in Gaza and Israel’s plans for a new settlement in the occupied West Bank.

In a joint letter to the EU’s foreign policy chief, Kaja Kallas, seen by Irish broadcaster RTE News, the two countries also accused Israel of failing to implement a July agreement with the EU on increasing humanitarian aid to Gaza,

Their toxic emissions have seeped into the breaths of more than two million Palestinians.

ISRAELI MEDIA: Haaretz reported that Israel’s Education Ministry summoned 11 school principals for disciplinary questioning over their participation in a video calling for the return of captives and an end to the war in Gaza.

PALESTINIAN MEDIA: Palestinian sources said that Israeli quadcopter drones opened fire on targets in the Al-Sabra neighborhood, southern Gaza City.

PALESTINIAN MEDIA: Palestinian local sources reported that Israeli warplanes struck a house in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza.

AL-JAZEERA: UN human rights experts expressed concern over reports of enforced disappearances at aid distribution points of a Gaza relief organization. They urged Israel to end these heinous crimes against an extremely vulnerable population, saying the use of food as a tool for individual and collective enforced disappearances in Gaza must stop immediately. They added that Israeli forces operate around aid centers in Gaza and are involved in enforced disappearances.

PALESTINIAN MEDIA: Nasser Medical Complex reported six martyrs among aid seekers killed by Israeli army fire in southern Gaza. In addition, two more Palestinians were martyred and several others injured by Israeli fire in Al-Mawasi, Khan Yunis, in southern Gaza.

ISRAELI ARMY: The Israeli army confirmed it intercepted a drone over the Gaza envelope area, launched from Yemen.

ISRAELI MEDIA:

The Israeli Home Front Command said sirens sounded in the town of Bnei Netzarim in the Gaza envelope after a drone infiltration was detected.

Army Radio quoted a military source as saying the drone was launched from Yemen.

PALESTINIAN MEDIA:

The director of Al-Shifa Medical Complex told Al Jazeera that the hospital suffers from severe shortages in operating rooms and essential medical supplies.

He said they are unable to cope with the large numbers of wounded and sick, with 1,500–2,000 injured people having no place in Gaza’s hospitals.

He warned that if Israeli forces invade Gaza City, a major massacre will occur, while diseases are spreading in camps and homes amid the collapse of the health system.

AL-JAZEERA: Israeli strikes destroyed residential buildings in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood and Omar al-Mukhtar Street in eastern Gaza City. Airstrikes and artillery shelling also targeted the Jabaliya al-Nazla area in northern Gaza.

GAZA HEALTH MINISTRY: The Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that four more Palestinians, including two children, died of starvation and lack of food in the past 24 hours. This raises the total number of victims of starvation and malnutrition to 317, including 121 children.

PALESTINIAN MEDIA: Hospital sources in Gaza reported that 11 Palestinians were killed by Israeli army fire in various areas of the Strip since dawn today, including five who were waiting for aid.

US MEDIA: Jake Sullivan, national security adviser under former President Joe Biden, urged Democrats to vote against arms exports to Israel. He said that supporting an arms embargo on Israel is a completely logical position.

AL-JAZEERA: An Al Jazeera correspondent reported that Israeli airstrikes targeted residential buildings in the Hamad City complex in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza.

ISRAELI MEDIA: Israeli far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir said: “If we stop aid deliveries to Gaza and launch a massive, full-scale operation, it will be 100% a war effort. I am the only one in the Security Cabinet who believes no humanitarian aid should enter Gaza during fighting.”

ISRAELI MEDIA: Maariv reported a protest in front of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s residence, with demonstrators raising the slogan: “We will not leave until everyone leaves Gaza.”

PALESTINIAN MEDIA:

The Gaza Civil Defense said the situation in Jabalia is no less harsh than in the Zeitoun neighborhood, as Israeli forces continue artillery shelling, airstrikes, and robot bombings without ground troop advances.

Yesterday, the Israeli army stated that two divisions are continuing their attacks on the edges of Gaza City as part of the plan to reoccupy the city. It said Division 162 is fighting in Jabalia and northern Gaza, while Division 99 is operating in Zeitoun, claiming to target above- and underground structures.

The 401st Brigade continues to fight in Jabalia amid the absence of a clear strategy, exposing a war with no horizon and no end in sight.

US MEDIA: US Representative Delia Ramirez said the military siege imposed by Netanyahu is starving Gaza’s children and must end. She stated that she and more than 100 colleagues demanded that President Trump end the blockade on Gaza aid.

POLITICO: A Politico poll showed that 60% of US voters oppose sending additional military aid to Israel, while 32% support it.

The poll also found that 50% of US voters believe Israel is committing genocide in Gaza.

CNN:

CNN reported that video footage revealed that what was thought to be a second strike on Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis was actually two near-simultaneous strikes.

According to a weapons expert, the near-simultaneous impact of two projectiles indicates that two tanks may have fired at the target. The footage suggests a more coordinated and precise attack.

PALESTINIAN MEDIA:

Al-Shifa Hospital reported that one Palestinian was killed and others injured in an Israeli strike on an apartment in Al-Rimal neighborhood, western Gaza City.

Al-Awda Hospital confirmed that a woman and her child were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a home in Al-Bureij refugee camp, central Gaza.

Emergency services reported that several people were injured in an Israeli strike on a tent sheltering displaced families in Al-Shati refugee camp, western Gaza.

AL-JAZEERA:

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham said that the decision by Norway’s sovereign wealth fund to sanction the US company Caterpillar was extremely offensive.

He added that Norway’s decision to punish Caterpillar for Israel’s use of its products “will not pass without a response.”
