A truck carrying aid overturned in central Gaza, killing 20 Palestinians, as hunger and Israeli attacks continue to claim lives.
The Government Media Office in Gaza reported early Wednesday that 20 Palestinians were killed and dozens more injured after a truck overturned on top of a crowd of starving aid seekers in the central Gaza Strip.
According to the media office, the truck had been forced to enter through an unsafe route by the Israeli occupation forces.
This incident, they stated, is further evidence of the occupation army’s deliberate targeting of civilians by directing aid convoys along dangerous and potentially deadly roads.
A day earlier, on Tuesday, Israeli forces killed 81 Palestinians, including 57 people who had gathered in desperation to receive food aid.

Driven by hunger, thousands of Palestinians continue to flock to aid distribution points daily—an act that has increasingly resulted in death, injury, and disappearances.
The starvation crisis in Gaza, caused by the ongoing Israeli blockade and war of extermination, has reached unprecedented levels in recent weeks, as confirmed by both local and international sources.
Deaths from malnutrition and dehydration continue to rise, with medical authorities in the Strip reporting 189 fatalities linked to hunger, including 95 children.
Since October 2023, the Israeli occupation army—with direct support from the United States—has carried out a campaign of extermination against the population of the Gaza Strip.
According to Palestinian and international reports, this war has killed more than 61,000 Palestinians, injured over 150,000, and displaced nearly the entire population of the territory, amid destruction not witnessed since the Second World War.

That is correct. Most of “Arab leaders” are merely puppets in the hand of zionists. The most prominent example is Egypt’s Sisi, who came to power after a coup d’etat that resulted in the death of thousands of Egyptians, not to mention the dozens of thousands in prison and exile.
