Palestinians among Victims of Ataturk’s Airport Bombing

Dr. Wael Al-Batrikhi, the head of media at the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that one Palestinian lady was killed and four others injured yesterday following a bombing and shooting at Ataturk’s airport in Turkey.

According to Al-Batrikhi, the Palestinians injured belong to families from the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

Palestinian student Yasser Ashour reported that among the injured was a Palestinian child named Rahaf, 4, whose mother was reported to be critically injured.

The Palestinian woman killed in Istanbul’s bombing is Nisreen Hamad, aged 28.

Some 50 people were killed and 90 were injured yesterday after explosions and shootings were reported at Turkey’s busiest airport.
