Commitment: Nazzal reiterated Hamas’s commitment to reaching understandings, prioritizing the cessation of massacres before the conflict enters its third year, and affirmed that the immense sacrifices of the Palestinian people cannot end in the forfeiture of their rights. PALESTINIAN MEDIA: Hundreds of activists from 47 countries participating in the Global Sumud Flotilla humanitarian aid mission to Gaza were abducted in international waters by Israeli forces late on Wednesday into Thursday.

ISRAELI MEDIA:

Israeli media, citing the Israeli Navy, reported that naval forces seized 41 ships headed to Gaza carrying more than 400 people.

The Israeli police said they received more than 250 flotilla participants from the army, subjected them to interrogation, and transferred them to the prison authority.

Israeli media added that hundreds of soldiers from various units took part in the operation. The Shayetet 13 naval commando unit simultaneously seized six main ships.

All vessels are being towed to Ashdod port and will not be sunk.
