Cluster Missiles Strike Central Areas

Iranian missiles, including cluster munitions, struck approximately 20 locations across the central region of the occupied Palestinian territories on Monday, according to Israeli media.

Air raid sirens sounded across Tel Aviv and the surrounding areas as multiple missile waves were launched.

Israeli media reported that one missile directly hit a building, causing significant destruction, while explosive warheads and shrapnel fell across several areas, including Ramat Gan, Petah Tikva, and Bnei Brak.

Israel’s Channel 12 reported that at least two people were seriously injured, while other reports indicated that the number of casualties was rising as emergency teams continued operations.

Additional missile launches were detected toward Bir Al-Saba (Beersheba), Dimona, and Arad shortly after the strikes on central areas.

Israeli Broadcasting Authority later reported that the number of injured had risen to at least seven, including one person in critical condition.

Explosive warheads and missile fragments were reported falling in at least 15 locations across central areas, causing extensive damage to buildings and infrastructure.

Al-Jazeera’s correspondent reported loud explosions across Greater Tel Aviv as Israeli defense systems were activated.

Bodies Recovered in Haifa

In Haifa, Israeli media confirmed the recovery of two bodies from beneath the rubble of a building that collapsed following an Iranian missile strike a day earlier.

The earlier strike had hit a five-story building, with Israeli reports at the time indicating multiple injuries and missing persons.

Fires were reported across several parts of the city, alongside heavy damage to buildings and vehicles.

Israeli media also reported that missile fragments and explosive warheads struck areas in the Krayot region near Haifa.

The latest strikes come amid continued Iranian missile operations targeting central and northern areas, with multiple salvos launched within short intervals.

The escalation follows ongoing US-Israeli military actions targeting Iranian infrastructure, while Tehran continues to respond with strikes on Israeli sites and US-linked positions across the region.
