The Israeli army has intensified its systematic targeting of high-rise buildings, residential complexes and vital facilities in Gaza City, as it prepares to occupy the city.

Meanwhile, according to UN Security Council sources, the ten elected member states are pushing for a vote on a draft resolution demanding a permanent ceasefire in Gaza.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has killed 65,141 and injured 165,925 others, the majority of whom are women and children, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.
