Lebanon reports a growing toll of civilian deaths and injuries as Israeli strikes intensify across multiple regions, including a school bus and refugee camp.
Lebanon’s Ministry of Health announced on Wednesday that one person was killed and 11 others were wounded in an Israeli strike in south Lebanon.
According to the ministry, an Israeli drone fired two missiles at a car in the town of At-Tiri while a school bus was traveling directly behind it.

The explosion killed a passenger in the targeted vehicle and caused significant damage to the bus, injuring several students and the driver.
The death toll also continues to rise from Tuesday’s strike on Ein El Hilweh refugee camp in Saida, where an Israeli airstrike reportedly targeted a car garage with three missiles.
The blast, which occurred in an open area surrounded by residential buildings, has now killed 14 people, according to updated health ministry figures.
These incidents come amid a broader pattern of intensifying Israeli strikes in southern and eastern Lebanon in recent days.
On November 18, a civilian was killed in an Israeli drone strike targeting a vehicle in Blida, Marj’youn Governorate.

On the same day, another drone attack in Bint Jbeil killed one person after two missiles struck a vehicle.
A day earlier, on November 17, Mohammad Shuweikh, the principal of Mansouri Public School, was killed in an Israeli airstrike in the Tyre district, according to local reporting.
On November 16, UNIFIL stated that an Israeli Merkava tank fired at peacekeeping personnel near an Israeli-built position inside Lebanese territory.
