Israeli forces also demolished buildings in the eastern parts of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
At the same time, Israeli warships fired toward the Gaza City coastline while launching illumination flares over the area. Israeli forces also opened fire north of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip.
