Qatari authorities say that the exact starting time of the ceasefire will be announced today, stating that the delay was merely technical, and does not concern fundamental issues. 

As those technical details were being finalized, Israel carried out several new massacres, targeting civilian areas in both north and south of the Gaza Strip, killing and wounding many.

Meanwhile, the Al-Quds Brigades announced that it has targeted 11 Israeli military vehicles. Fierce fighting also continued in different parts of northern Gaza.
