Israeli air raids and artillery fire targeted several parts of Gaza, further compounding the suffering of displaced Palestinians amid severe weather conditions.

Israeli occupation aircraft carried out airstrikes and artillery shelling across several areas of the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, while occupation forces intensified raids in the occupied West Bank, wounding one Palestinian and detaining others.

Al-Jazeera reported that Israeli air raids struck areas north of Rafah and east of Khan Younis, in addition to the Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza and Beit Lahia in the north. Israeli artillery also shelled eastern Khan Yunis and parts of the central Gaza Strip. The specific targets of the strikes remain unclear.

The continued bombardment comes as conditions for displaced Palestinians further deteriorate amid a low-pressure weather system, falling temperatures, and heavy rainfall. The worsening weather has compounded the suffering caused by the war and ongoing Israeli restrictions on the entry of humanitarian aid.

Israeli forces continue to conduct near-daily air raids and artillery shelling in areas of the Gaza Strip they still occupy, as well as in surrounding zones.

On Sunday, Gaza’s Government Media Office stated in its weekly report that Israeli occupation forces have committed 969 ceasefire violations since the agreement came into effect on October 10, 2025, spanning an 80-day period.

According to the statement, the violations included 298 incidents of live fire targeting civilians, 54 military incursions into residential areas, 455 bombing and targeting operations against civilians and their homes, and 162 cases of destruction targeting homes and civilian institutions.

The attacks resulted in the killing of at least 418 civilians, the injury of 1,141 others, and 45 cases of unlawful arrest.
