Israeli forces shot and injured a Palestinian youth on Friday, near the apartheid wall north of the occupied West Bank city of Tulkarm, the official news agency WAFA reported.

Official Palestinian sources told WAFA that Israeli forces opened fire at a young man as he was attempting to cross Israel’s apartheid wall to reach his workplace.

Israeli forces reportedly detained four other young men following the incident.
