He claimed the US never sought a ground invasion of Gaza City, wants the war to end quickly, and will focus on peace after the war. He rejected recognition of a Palestinian state during the conflict, claiming the US is not isolated but playing a leading role in efforts to end the war.

ISRAELI MEDIA: Israeli Channel 12 quoted American officials as saying that President Donald Trump and his envoy Steve Witkoff may present a plan tomorrow, Tuesday, to Arab and Muslim leaders to end the war in Gaza.

The report cited an Israeli official who said Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu already knows some details of Trump’s plan and that Israel may be forced to accept parts of it.

Netanyahu is expected to discuss the plan with Trump during their meeting at the White House. Earlier, the White House announced that Trump will hold a “multilateral meeting” with Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan.
