Israeli Arab Member of the Knesset Hanin Zoabi called for Greece’s Aegean Airlines to apologise to Arab Israelis it forced off its flight on Sunday, Arab48.com reported.

Aegean Airlines forced two Israeli Arabs to disembark after two Israeli passengers claimed they were terrorists and posed a threat.

“This case is a chance to show how much it is easy for Europe and the whole world to be hostile towards Arabs and subjugate them, while justifying these using claims of security fears,” Zoabi said.

She called on the Greek firm to apologise and on the passengers to seek compensation.
