Israeli occupation forces killed three Palestinians in Gaza on Friday as attacks and ceasefire violations continued across the Strip, with shelling, shootings and demolitions reported in multiple areas.
The killings came amid continued Israeli military operations across Gaza despite the ceasefire arrangement that has officially remained in place since October 2025.
Killings Continue
The Israeli occupation military said its forces targeted Palestinians near the so-called “Yellow Line,” an area separating zones under direct Israeli military control inside Gaza.
Local Palestinian sources identified one of those killed as Luay Basal, who was targeted by an Israeli drone near his home close to Al-Radwan Mosque in the Asqoula area east of Gaza City.
Another victim was identified as Raafat Adel Ibrahim Breika, 42, who was killed after an Israeli quadcopter drone dropped an explosive device in the Al-Shakoush area west of Rafah near the “Yellow Line.”
A third Palestinian later arrived at Nasser Medical Complex after being shot east of Al-Shakoush. Local sources said he had been working as a shepherd when he was targeted by Israeli forces.

Shelling, Demolitions Continue
Israeli artillery shelling and gunfire intensified against northern and eastern areas of Khan Yunis during the day.
Israeli forces also demolished three homes west of the “Yellow Line” east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, according to local reports.
The “Yellow Line” has increasingly become the site of repeated shootings and military incidents following Israeli redeployments under later phases of the ceasefire arrangement.

Death Toll Rising
According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, at least 883 Palestinians have been killed and 2,648 wounded since the ceasefire came into effect.
Authorities also reported continued recovery efforts beneath rubble across Gaza.
The ministry says the overall toll from Israel’s genocide in Gaza since October 2023 has reached 72,775 Palestinians killed and 172,750 wounded.
Independent medical studies and researchers have repeatedly suggested the actual death toll may be significantly higher, with many victims believed to remain trapped beneath rubble or unrecorded due to the destruction of Gaza’s healthcare infrastructure.
