Israeli occupation forces killed six Palestinians during a military raid in the Al-Faraa refugee camp, in northern West Bank.

Six Palestinian civilians were killed, and several others were injured on Friday morning during an Israeli military raid into the Al-Faraa refugee camp, in the northern West Bank province of Tubas, the official Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed the casualties, reporting the deaths of six young men by Israeli army gunfire and the injury of several more.

The slain Palestinians were identified as Emad Jawabreh, Amer Sobh, Maher Jawabreh, Qasim Abu Khaizran, Baraa Al-Amir, and Thaer Shaheen.

WAFA reported that an undercover unit of the Israeli occupation forces infiltrated the camp in the early morning.

Additional Israeli military reinforcements were deployed to the area at a later moment, with snipers taking positions on the rooftops of several homes and buildings across the camp.

Eyewitnesses recounted that Israeli soldiers attempted to obstruct the passage of Red Crescent ambulances, preventing them from reaching the wounded.

Fierce clashes erupted between the invading forces and residents of the camp, marked by intense gunfire and sounds of explosions.

On Thursday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the number of Palestinians killed in the occupied West Bank alone since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on October 7 had climbed to 265.
