According to a source for the Financial Times, Donald Trump responded positively to the points raised by Arab leaders during their meeting in New York.

The source claimed that Trump’s comments helped ease concerns that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu would move forward with annexing the West Bank.

The report also claimed that the White House had not fully realized the gravity of the consequences of annexation until this week.

Strikes and Casualties:

Israeli strikes on residential homes in central and southern Gaza have resulted in at least 14 deaths. An attack on a home in the Al-Zawaida area killed 11 people, while a separate strike on a family home near the Jordanian Hospital in Khan Yunis killed 3 people.

In addition, Israeli helicopters launched a raid on the Al-Bureij refugee camp.

West Bank Incursions:

Israeli forces raided the city of Qalqilya and the towns of Beit Rima and Abu Qash near Ramallah. Clashes were also reported in the town of Tammun in the northern West Bank, where Israeli forces surrounded a home.

Speaking at the UN General Assembly, Kuwait’s Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Sabah condemned the killing of tens of thousands and the starvation policies in Gaza, calling it a genocide. He also renewed Kuwait’s rejection of Israeli settlement and forced displacement policies.

Recent Israeli airstrikes have targeted residential areas, causing casualties in a home on Yafa Street in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood and another in the town of Al-Zawaida in central Gaza.

Airstrikes also hit the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood in southern Gaza City and the city of Khan Yunis.
